Building a web app when your programmer and designer live 3000 miles away... and have jobs.
Lots of people have startups. Lots of people have jobs. Some people have both. How do you manage expectations and timelines with people that are as busy as you are and don't live anywhere near you? I'm not totally sure, but I'll share some of my experiences that seem to work.
