When is green not so green? How sustainable is your coffee?

Most consumers know about organic and Fair Trade coffee. When it comes to the sustainability of your morning beverage, those certifications aren't the whole story, not even close. How your coffee is grown, sorted, sourced, roasted, packaged, brewed, served and disposed are all equally important, and sorely neglected in conversations about coffee and sustainability.
